Magnesium Alloy Ingots Continuous Casting Production Line

COOLDO Magnesium alloy ingot casting production line mainly consists of melting furnace, holding furnace, stirring system, automatic quantitative liquid transfer system, continuous ingot casting machine, etc. The common sizes of magnesium ingot are 8-12kg, and we have gas-fired furnace and electric-resistance furnace to choose from.

The main purpose of this production line is to remelt the recycled magnesium alloy scrap and cast them into ingots. The melted magnesium melt is stirred mechanically or in an atmosphere, causing the magnesium liquid in the crucible to undergo circular circulation and upward and downward rolling convection, which can fully separate the floating slag and oxide impurities from the magnesium liquid and purify the alloy liquid. Then, the magnesium liquid is transferred to the ingot casting machine through a transfer pump for ingot casting. Finally, store after polishing and marking.
