The magnesium alloy continuous casting machine has the characteristics of low energy consumption, high condensation rate, complete gas protection device, uniform gas mixing, and stable flow rate. The crucible is made of bimetallic composite steel plate, which does not pollute the magnesium liquid, has a long operating life, and the heating element operates stably. And multiple thermocouples are used to control the furnace, which is equipped with temperature automatic alarm devices: over temperature alarm and leakage alarm.
Upward continuous Casting Machine is a kind of equipment specially used for the production of special alloy materials, such as pure silver and other precious metals. It includes melting, crystallization and traction.
